With over 25 years of teaching experience, Mandeera has been an integral part of the Ardee family since the inception of the New Delhi branch in 2017. Coming from a defence background, she has studied and taught at leading educational institutions across the country. A postgraduate in English, she also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a specialisation in Early Childhood Education.

Her teaching journey has spanned some of India’s most reputed schools, including Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer, and prominent ICSE and Cambridge International schools in Mumbai ,Dehradun and beyond. Over the years, Mandeera has played a pivotal role in international student exchange programmes, and has led debate clubs and Model United Nations initiatives with distinction.

A passionate advocate of experiential learning, Mandeera blends her love for reading and travel to create engaging and dynamic learning spaces. She believes that an educator’s role is to nurture curiosity and keep the flame of learning alive in every student. Always experimenting with imaginative ideas and innovative strategies, she encourages both her students and colleagues to aim high and redefine what is possible.

She firmly believes that each student must be empowered to take ownership of their learning—a philosophy that aligns closely with the Ardee vision. Her empathetic nature allows her to offer both encouragement and constructive feedback, supporting students in their journey of self-discovery and actualisation.

As a committed member of the school community, Mandeera strives to craft experiences that extend beyond the classroom, establish meaningful priorities, and create space for students to grow into thoughtful, future-ready individuals.

Currently leading her team of educators with vision and dedication, Mandeera ensures that every student who graduates from Ardee carries forward the values of resilience, commitment, and camaraderie—hallmarks of an Ardeeian education. She lives by the belief:
